Delete your data

You can delete your Gridly account and everything we hold about you, whenever you like.

Do it yourself

1. Sign in at https://app.gridlypaper.com/account.
2. Open Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

This removes immediately: your account, your stored store keys, your change history, your usage records and any paid subscription is cancelled so you aren't billed again.

Email support@gridlypaper.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.

One more step in your store

Gridly can't remove the access key from inside your store. In WordPress go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and delete the key whose description starts with "Gridly". Disconnecting a store in Gridly deletes our copy of the key; deleting it in WooCommerce makes sure it can never be used again.

What we keep

Records we must keep by law (for example invoices held by our payment partner Dodo Payments) and any backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis. We don't keep your shop's orders, products or customers — we never stored them. See the privacy policy.
